Today I am smiling like never before, with a lot more confidence too! I promised Dr. Elanbaas a picture of me smiling before I left for Spain (I can't figure out how to email it. My mouth was to numb so I felt no pain, but she never got to see my natural smile) My husband and I leave in four days!!
